Owner & Experienced Personal Trainer
Josh Bjornstad has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 20 years at the top gyms in California and Oregon. He earned a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from Portland State University where he ran track. He's always had a passion for sports including triathlons and cycling as well coaching kids and athletes. He's a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), he is TRX certified, and a Cross Fit 1 Trainer. He specializes in weight loss, sport-specific training, strength development, and injury prevention/recovery. He is excited to help you meet your health and fitness goals.
Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor
Michelle Waldron is passionate about strength training and empowering others to find their own strength through exercise. She's a NASM-certified personal trainer and has additional certifications in step aerobics, group fitness, active aging, integrated flexibility training, and integrated speed, agility & and quickness training. She loves working with clients of all ages and abilities and will customize her training plan based on the goals of her clients.

Kiara McLaughlin is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as an elite personal trainer, with endorsements in nutrition, indoor cycling instruction, group exercise instruction, and fitness coaching. She's been passionate about fitness for as long as she can remember and loves hiking, jogging, and weight training. She lives a very active lifestyle and has completed 2 full marathons, several half marathons, and the SJI Olympic triathlon. For her exercise is a tonic that helps her mind and body thrive. She likes working with clients of all ages to help them with strength and mobility.
Nutrition & Fitness Coach
Robyn Bjornstad grew up in Friday Harbor and is happy to be living back on the island with her family. She's passionate about health and fitness and has worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. She's a certified group exercise instructor, health and nutrition coach, and menopause coaching specialist.

Max Mattox is a hybrid athlete who enjoys the progressive overload of traditional powerlifting and the advanced strength and body control of calisthenics. With a certification from American Council on Exercise, Max has gathered the requisite scientific knowledge to complement his practical experience acquired through training and coaching in Los Angeles, California. Max is actively striving to build a robust fitness community on the island.
