Strength Foundations
Strength Foundations is designed to help you build real strength with purpose, confidence, and proper technique. Using proven progressive programming, each class focuses on two foundational strength movements with an emphasis on proper form, progressive overload, and long-term results.
You’ll learn how to safely and effectively build strength, lean muscle, bone density, stability, and overall fitness in a supportive environment. Each workout finishes with a conditioning or accessory circuit to improve endurance, mobility, and functional movement. Whether you’re new to strength training or an experienced lifter, every workout is fully scalable and modifiable for beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes. This is smart, sustainable programming designed to meet you where you are — and continue challenging you as you grow stronger.

Spin + Strength
Get the best of both worlds in this fun, fast-paced 60-minute class that combines high-energy cardio on the bike with strength and core exercises off the bike. You'll kick things off with HIIT, Tabata, and hill climbs on the bike to challenge your endurance and burn maximum calories. Then, step off the bike for strength and core moves that target key muscle groups, building strength and stability. With great music to keep you motivated, you'll never believe how quickly 60 minutes can fly by. W.O.W (Women on Weights)
Super-set your way to a stronger, more confident you! Women on Weights is a strength-focused class designed specifically for women, helping you build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and increase overall strength. Using free weights, machines, and resistance bands, this class targets all major muscle groups with an emphasis on functional fitness. Rowing Strength + Technique
This weekly small-group class is perfect for all levels—whether you’re brand new to the rower or looking to refine your technique and row more efficiently. Each session breaks down the fundamentals of rowing, including setup, stroke mechanics, timing, breathing, and pacing, while incorporating progressions to help you improve over time.
With a small group format, you’ll receive individualized coaching, focused feedback, and a challenging full-body workout every week. You’ll build strength, improve endurance, and feel more confident and powerful on the rower.
