Our group classes are a great way to stay consistent, build accountability, and be part of a supportive community.     The Rack Pack - Men’s Class

    Join the Rack Pack to level up your fitness in a fun and motivating environment. Whether you’re looking to build strength with weights, improve endurance with kettlebells, or get your heart pumping through high-energy circuits, this class has something for every guy. It’s all about pushing yourself to new limits while enjoying the camaraderie of a group workout.

    Spin + Strength

    Get the best of both worlds in this fun, fast-paced 60-minute class that combines high-energy cardio on the bike with strength and core exercises off the bike. You'll kick things off with HIIT, Tabata, and hill climbs on the bike to challenge your endurance and burn maximum calories. Then, step off the bike for strength and core moves that target key muscle groups, building strength and stability. With great music to keep you motivated, you'll never believe how quickly 60 minutes can fly by. Perfect for anyone looking to boost cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles, and improve overall strength in one dynamic workout!

    W.O.W (Women on Weights)

    Super-set your way to a stronger, more confident you! Women on Weights is a strength-focused class designed specifically for women, helping you build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and increase overall strength. Using free weights, machines, and resistance bands, this class targets all major muscle groups with an emphasis on functional fitness. Along the way, you'll not only sculpt your body but also build supportive relationships with other women in a motivating, empowering environment.

    Stretching & Mobility Classes

    Unlock your body’s full range of motion with our Stretching & Mobility class! This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve flexibility and enhance mobility. We focus on stretches that target tight muscles, helping you move more freely and with ease. Our expert instructors incorporate a variety of techniques, including static stretches, Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs), dynamic movements, and Self-Myofascial Release (SMR). These methods are designed to release tension, improve muscle length, and increase joint mobility.

    This class is designed to build strength, speed, and coordination for kids and teens aged 10-18. Classes include a mix of cardio, resistance training, plyometrics, and flexibility work to ensure well-rounded development.

  • All classes will be held at Core (777 Mullis St, Unit A) unless designated with (IS-for Island Strength
