A week of real training combining on-field work at the high school with gym sessions at Island Strength. Athletes begin with baseline testing and retest at the end of the week to see real progress.

Athletes will work on:

  • Sprint mechanics & acceleration

  • Speed, agility & change of direction

  • Explosive power & strength

  • Proper lifting technique

  • Confidence, discipline & teamwork
