Our co-ed Youth Strength & Agility class runs year-round — and is expanding this summer. For kids 10+ of all ability levels, each 60-minute session covers strength, conditioning, and agility through safe, age-appropriate training scaled to every individual.
We focus on teaching proper form, body awareness, and movement technique kids can carry with them for life — so they leave confident in the gym and set up for a lifetime of healthy, active living.
Drop-in, monthly unlimited membership, and 10-Class Pass available.
